Glenda Joyce (Wethington) Walden, 57, Palm Harbor, FL, formerly of Noblesville, passed away Thursday, June 15, 2006 at Carmel St. Vincent Hospital. She was born July 28, 1948 in Campbellsville, Kentucky to Gene Emanuel and Joyce (Belton) Wethington . She was married to Stanley Walden, who survives. She graduated from Carmel High School in 1966. Glenda retired as a dental assistant. She was a member of First Church of Nazarene in Noblesville. She was the President of Lake Tarpon Village Home Owners Assocation. In addition to her spouse, she is survived by sons, Mike Walden of Noblesville and Kevin Walden of Spring Hill, FL, four sisters, two brothers, her mother, and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father. Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. Friends may call Monday, June 19, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Randall & Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. Burial will be at Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville. PALM HARBOR, Fla. -- Glenda Joyce (Wethington) Walden, 57, of Palm Harbor and formerly of Noblesville died Thursday, June 15, 2006, at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. Mrs. Walden was a retired dental assistant. She was born July 28, 1948, in Campbellsville, Ky., the daughter of Gene Emanuel and Joyce (Belton) Wethington. Her mother survives in Carmel. She was a 1966 graduate of Carmel High School. She was married to Stanley Walden, who survives. Mrs. Walden was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Noblesville and president of the Lake Tarpon Village Home Owners Association. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by two sons, Mike Walden of Noblesville and Kevin Walden of Spring Hill, Fla.; four sisters; two brothers; and three grandchildren. Calling will be 4-8 p.m. today at Randall and Roberts Funeral Home in Noblesville. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crownland Cemetery in Noblesville.
